Fruit smoothies

 


Ingredients

Use either: half a stoned peeled Mango, or half a deseeded Pawpaw, OR half a banana, OR, a peeled and chopped peach, OR 3 peeled strawberries:

300ml of Full fat milk
2 tbsp natural yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup

Place all the ingrediants in a blender or food processor and blend until all the ingrediants are well mixed and frothy. Pour into a glass or beaker and serve. You can store any extra, covered in the fridge for a few hours.
