Ingredients
50g white chocolate
2 tablespoons single cream
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
½ tub of soft Cheese
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 cup Icing sugar
Method
Melt the chocolate and cream over a low heat stirring to make sure the mixture is even
Transfer to mixing bowl and add the soft cheese and beat with mixer.
Add sifted icing sugar in batches and beat until mixture is thick and doesn’t drip off the mixer. Add a couple of drops of lemon juice and a couple of drops of vanilla essence.
You may need to add more icing sugar to thicken it up again. Spread thickly over cake
